South Bend Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting — Thursday, October 10, 2013 6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) A. Public Hearing (6) Consideration of Resolution No. 3163 appropriating tax increment financing revenues from allocation Area Fund for the payment of certain obligations and expenses related to the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area Allocation Area. Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 3163 (NNDA Fund #1). (7) Consideration of Resolution No. 3164 appropriating tax increment financing revenues from allocation Area Fund for the payment of certain obligations and expenses related to the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area Allocation Area #2. Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No3164 (NNDA Fund #2). (8) Consideration of Resolution No. 3165 appropriating tax increment financing revenues from allocation Area Fund for the payment of certain obligations and expenses related to the South Side Development Area Allocation Area No. 1. Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 3165 (SSDA Fund #1). (9) Consideration of Resolution No. 3166 appropriating tax increment financing revenues from allocation Area Fund for the payment of certain obligations and expenses related to the South Side Development Area Allocation Area No. 3. Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 3166 (SSDA Fund #3). (10) Consideration of Resolution No. 3167 appropriating tax increment financing revenues from allocation Area Fund for the payment of certain obligations and expenses related to the Douglas Road Economic Development Area Allocation Area No. 1. Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 3167 (DREDA). (11) Consideration of Resolution No. 3168 appropriating and transferring monies for the purpose of funding certain projects for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2014 and ending December 31, 2014. (2003 Airport Bond). Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 3168. 0
