South Bend Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting — Thursday, October 10, 2013 6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) A. Public Hearing (1) continued... of the Tri- County News, that the Notice of Hearing was published in that newspaper on September 20, 2013. Ms. Jones opened the public hearing for whoever wished to speak. There was no one who wished to speak regarding Resolutions No. 3159 -3169. Ms. Jones closed the public hearing for whatever action the Commission wished to take. Mr. Varner asked if the Tax Increment Financing budget included cash on hand and expected revenue funds. Ms. Leonard -Inks responded that is does. Mr. Varner noted that he would like to see each of the Tax Increment Financing Budgets on the city's website. Ms. Leonard said she would see that they were posted. (2) Consideration of Resolution No. 3159 appropriating tax increment financing revenues from allocation Area No. 1 Fund for the payment of certain obligations and expenses related to the Airport Economic Development Area Allocation Area No. 1. Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 3159 (AEDA). (3) Consideration of Resolution No. 3160 an additional appropriation resolution of the City of South Bend Redevelopment Commission (South Bend Central Development Area). Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 3160 (SBCDA). (4) Consideration of Resolution No. 3161 appropriating tax increment financing revenues from allocation Area Fund for the payment of certain obligations and expenses related to the West Washington - Chapin Development Area Allocation Area. Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 3161 (WWCDA). (5) Consideration of Resolution No. 3162 an additional appropriation resolution of the City of South Bend Redevelopment Commission (Downtown Medical Services District). Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 3162 (DTMSD).
