South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting Thursday, September 26, 2013 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />A. Public Hearing <br />(1) continued... <br />today's public hearing. So the Commission will hear anyone who has come to this meeting to <br />be heard, and then continue the public hearing until October 10, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. when the <br />neighborhood groups, neighborhood associations, and city agencies will have an opportunity <br />to be heard regarding Resolution No. 3174. <br />Ms. Schey asked if this is the amendment to the South Bend Central Development Area <br />Development Plan that the Council recently adopted. Mr. Relos responded that it is. <br />Ms. Jones opened the public hearing for whoever wished to speak. There was no one whc <br />wished to speak regarding Resolution No. 3174. Ms. Jones continued the public hearing <br />until Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. at which time anyone may speak regarding <br />Resolution No. 3174. <br />(2) Consideration of Resolution No. 3174 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Inks, seconded by Ms. Schey and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission tabled the Consideration of Resolution No. 3174 until the October 10, 2013 <br />public hearing. <br />B. South Bend Central Development Area <br />There was no business in the South Bend Central Development Area. <br />C. Airport Economic Development Area <br />There was no business in the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />D. West Washington - Chapin Development Area <br />There was no business in the West Washington- Chapin Development Area. <br />E. South Side Development Area <br />(1) Resolution No. 3171 approving and authorizing of an Amendment to the Addendum to <br />the Master Agency Agreement (Fellow Street Corridor Improvement Project — <br />Supplement #7) <br />Mr. Divita noted that Resolution No. 3171 authorizes the Board of Public Works to act as the <br />Commission's agent to complete drainage design and coordinate bid documents, and set a <br />budget of $12,380 to pay two consultants for the work.
