<br />Councilman Glass moved that the Side Yard Ordinance be referred to committee consisting of Councilmen Hahn,
<br />chairman; Glass, Bestle and Muszynski, and that committee meet with City Plan Commission on October 21st to
<br />study this ordinance. Councilman Korpal seconded the motion. Motion carried.

<br />The petition of the Lock Joint Tube Company, 1400 Riverside Drive to rezone 19 acres now under their ownership
<br />from B Use and B Height and Area District to D Tight Industrial and F Height and Area District vacs legally
<br />advertised, ..under date of August 23, 1954 and given public hearing under date of September 2, 1954• It is
<br />recommended that the petition be granted on the following basis: "D Light Industrial and D Height and Area,
<br />thus assuring a setback along Riverside Drive.
