(55 11 SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 13TH, 1951 The within call came to hand this 10th day of November, 1951, which I served by reading the same to each Council- man, upon the date designated as follows Albert Tellson Walter Glass W. JOSEPH ) SS: CALL FOR SPECIAL MEETING CITY OF SOUTH BEND ) To the President, and Members of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Gentlemen :: You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority vested in me by law as Mayor of the City of South Bend, in the State of Indiana, a Special Meeting of the Common Council of said 'City is hereby called.to meet in the Council Chamber, in the City Hall at the.hour of 8 :00 o'clock P.M., Central Standard Time, on Tuesday, November.13th, 1951, for the purpose of considering and taking action upon the following ordinance, to-wit: "An Ordinance reducing a certain item in the 1951 South Bend, Indiana, Municipal Civil City Budget and appropriating from the General Fund of said City the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars, Fire Department, and declaring an extraordinary emergency". The Chief of Police or any member of the Police Force is on each and every member of the Common Council and make Dated this 13th day of November, 1951* ATTEST: MAYME DUMONT City Clerk of the City of South Bend, Indiana. hereby directed to forthwith serve a copy of this notice due return of such service of said Special Meeting. SCHOCK yor of the City of South berid, Indiana The undersigned, Members of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, State of Indiana, do hereby accept the within call for a Special Meeting of the Common Council on Tuesday, November 13th, 1951, at the hour of 8x:00 P.M., in the Council Chamber in the City Hall, South Bend, Indiana. Walter C. Erler, Sr. Cloyd Bestle Albert Tellson Stanley C. Korpal Clem Niezgodski Alvin P. Kemper Walter G. Glass Chester E. Muszynski Councilman Erler made a motion that the Calls for Special Meeting be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried. REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON MINUTES To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: Your Committee on the inspection and supervision of the minutes, would respectfully report that they have inspec the minutes of the previous meeting of the Council and found them correct. They therefore recommend that the, same be approved. Meeting of October 22nd, 1951. STANLEY C. KORPAL ) CHESTER MUSZYNSKI) Committee ALVIN P. KEMPER ) CLEM NIEZGODSKI ) Councilman Tellson made a motion that the report be accepted. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried.
