SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 13TH, 1951 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City 'of South Bend, Indiana, met in Special Session in the <br />Council Chamber, Tuesday, November 13th, 1951, at 8:15 F.M., with all members present. <br />STATE OF INDIANA ) <br />COUNTY OF ST. JOSEPH ) <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND ) <br />CALL FOR SPECIAL MEETING <br />To the President, and Members of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />Gent lemen <br />You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority vested in me by law as Mayor of the City of <br />South Bend, in the State of Indiana, a Special Meeting of the Common Council of said City is hereby called to <br />meet in the Council Chamber, in the City Hall at the hour of 8 :00 o'clock P.M., Central Standard Time, on <br />Tuesday, November 13th, 1951, for the purpose of considering and taking action . upon the following ordinances, <br />petition and reports, to wit: <br />"An Ordinance reducing certain items in the 1951 South Bend, Indiana, <br />Municipal Civil 'City Budget and appropriating from the General Fund <br />of said City the sum of Twelve Thousand Six Hundred ($12,600.00) <br />Dollars, to certain other budgetary items of the 1951 budget of said <br />city, and declaring an extraordinary emergency ", <br />ALSO <br />'Four (4) Ordinances amending Ordinance No. 3702 commonly known as <br />the Zoning Ordinance ", <br />ALSO <br />"Petition for Rezoning of Lot 1085, LaSalle Park Addition ", <br />ALSO <br />"Three (3) Financial Reports of City Controller for 1951 ", <br />ALSO <br />"Four.(4) Reports of City Plan Commission on Rezoning ", <br />ALSO <br />"An Ordinance reducing certain items in the 1951 South Bend, Indiana, <br />Municipal Civil City Budget., and appropriating from the Gene ral Fund <br />of said City the sum of #215.00, to certain other budgetary items of <br />the 1951 budget of said city, and declaring an extraordinary emergency'. <br />The Chief of Police or any member of the Police Force is hereby directed to forthwith serve a copy of this notice <br />on each and every member of the Common Council and make due return of such service of said Special Meeting. <br />Dated this 10th day of November, 1951. <br />ATTEST: <br />MAYME DUMONT <br />City lerk of the —City of South Bend, <br />Indiana <br />(Continued) <br />GEO• A.
