(3) Lots Numbered 509 and 510 as shown on the recorded Third Plat of Summit Place Addition to the City of South Bend. (This realty is presently owned by Eugene L. Rysdork and Zora Rysdork, husband and wife). It is the intent and desire of the undersigned that the realty described under sub - paragraphs numbered (1) to (3) above be retained as C Commercial Use since grocery store buildings are presently located on said realty and such use would be beneficial for the B Residence Use to which the undersigned desire that the present zoning be changed. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have hereunto set their hands this 6th day of December, 1949. REPORT OF CITY PLAN COMMISSION To the Common Council City of South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: December 2, 1949 On December 1, 1949, the City Plan Commission held a hearing on petition of Wilbert G., Fred C. and Florence C. Kops for change of zoning of property fronting on the south side of Mishawaka Ave. 2142 feet and to a depth of 1016.4 feet. The northwest corner of this unplatted land is a point 230 feet East of the southeast corner of Mishawaka Ave. and Greenlawn Ave. The City Plan Commission recommends this change as petitioned for. The City Plan Commission recommends this change as petitioned for. REPORT OF CITY PLAN COMMISSION To the Common Council City of South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: December 2, 1949 Petition of Albert E and Gladys Tellson for change of zoning of property at 1201 Diamond Ave. was given hearing by City Plan Commission at their regular meeting December 1st1V 19499 Property owners in that vicinity were present to object to this change and offered a remonstrance to that effect.
