<br />Your Committee of Fees and Salaries to whom was referred "A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL WAIVING BUILDING PER-
<br />MIT FEES FOR COUNTY -CITY BUILDING"
<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion the Resolution go to the Council
<br />as favorable.
