REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION February 17, 1965 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A -1" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as being bounded on the East by the first north -south alley West of Marine Street and by Mumford Court, on the West by the first north -south alley East of Miami, on the South by the first east -west alley South of Bowman Street and on the North by Indiana Avenue was legally advertised under date of January 25, 1965 and given public hearing on February 4, 1965. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the proposed zoning would be in the best interest of the subject area. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council. Very truly yours, CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Robert L..
