4: � Mi • <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />February 17, 1965 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and <br />Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as being <br />bounded on the East by Twyckhnham Drive and Vernon Street, on the West by Leer Street, on the North by Indiana <br />Avenue and the N.Y. Central Railroad, and on the south by Calvert Street was legally advertised under date of <br />January 25, 1965 and given public hearing on February 4, 1965. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that <br />the predominant use in the subject area is single <br />family residential. It was therefore duly moved, <br />seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition <br />be recommended favorably to the Council. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Robert L. "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and <br />and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as <br />bounded by Calvert Street on the North, by Twyckenham Drive on the East, Ewing Avenue on the South, and Leer <br />Street on the West was legally advertised under date of February 12, 1965 and given public hearing on February <br />23, 1965. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the <br />predominant use in the subject area is single family <br />residential. The following action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the <br />proposed zoning would be in the best interest of the <br />subject area.
