REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION (continued) Ewing and Calvert, the west side of Catalpa between Ewing and Calvert and the east side of Catalpa between Donald and Calvert was legally advertised under date of March 25, 1963 and given public hearing on April 4, 1963. The follow- ing action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject property would be ° "A" Residential. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council with the further recommendation that Lots 23 -24 and the south 40 feet of Lots 25, 26, and 27 be excluded from the petition. REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION April 8, 1963 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use' and "B" Height and Area District to "All Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District Lots 201 -206 inclusive of Brentwood Estates 5th Addition and Lots 1, 2, 3 also Lots 26 -35 inclusive and Lots 49 -55 inclusive and Lots 65 and 66 inclusive of Alwards Addition and Lots 13 -24 inclusive and Lots 31 -46 inclusive of Vogt's 1st Addition being more generally described as being bounded on the east by the first north -south alley west of Bendix Drive, on the west by Ryer Street, on the north by Lincolnway West and on the south by Ardmore Trail (Crumstown Avenue) was legally advertised under date of March 25, 1963 and given public hearing under date of April 4, 1963. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject property would be "A"' Residential.
