REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION (continued) <br />Ewing and Calvert, the west side of Catalpa between Ewing and Calvert and the east side of Catalpa between Donald and <br />Calvert was legally advertised under date of March 25, 1963 and given public hearing on April 4, 1963. The follow- <br />ing action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject property would be <br />° "A" Residential. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />April 8, 1963 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use' and "B" Height and Area <br />District to "All Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District Lots 201 -206 inclusive of Brentwood Estates 5th <br />Addition and Lots 1, 2, 3 also Lots 26 -35 inclusive and Lots 49 -55 inclusive and Lots 65 and 66 inclusive of Alwards <br />Addition and Lots 13 -24 inclusive and Lots 31 -46 inclusive of Vogt's 1st Addition being more generally described as <br />being bounded on the east by the first north -south alley west of Bendix Drive, on the west by Ryer Street, on the <br />north by Lincolnway West and on the south by Ardmore Trail (Crumstown Avenue) was legally advertised under date of <br />March 25, 1963 and given public hearing under date of April 4, 1963.
