REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION April 8, 1963 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential :se and "B" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District Lots 207 -215 inclusive of Brentwood Estates 6th Addition, being generally described as bounded on the north by Lincolnway West and all having frontage on Brentwood Court was legally advertised under date of March 25, 1963 and given public hearing on April 4, 1963. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject property would be "A" Residential. It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the Council. Very truly yours, CITY PLANNING COMMISSION /s/ Robert L. Huff Robert L. REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION April 8, 1963 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as being bounded on the north by Calvert Street, on the east by Kendall, on the south by Ewing and the west by the first north- south alley east of Chapin Street between Donald and Calvert and Catalpa between Donald and Ewing and the west side of Kemble between Donald and Ewing was legally advertised under date of March 25, 1963 and given public hearing on April 4, 1963. The following action was taken: After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject property would be "A'' Residential. The following action was taken: After due consideration it was duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that this ordinance be recommended favorably to the Council.
