REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />April 8, 1963 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential :se and "B" Height and Area <br />District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District Lots 207 -215 inclusive of Brentwood Estates 6th <br />Addition, being generally described as bounded on the north by Lincolnway West and all having frontage on Brentwood <br />Court was legally advertised under date of March 25, 1963 and given public hearing on April 4, 1963. The following <br />action was taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that the best zoning for the subject property would be "A" Residential. <br />It was therefore duly moved, seconded, and unanimously carried that the petition be recommended favorably to the <br />Council. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />/s/ Robert L. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />April 8, 1963 <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of the City Planning Commission to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area <br />District to "A" Residential use and "A" Height and Area District the property generally described as being bounded <br />on the north by Calvert Street, on the east by Kendall, on the south by Ewing and the west by the first north- <br />south alley east of Chapin Street between Donald and Calvert and Catalpa between Donald and Ewing and the west side <br />of Kemble between Donald and Ewing was legally advertised under date of March 25, 1963 and given public hearing on <br />April 4, 1963.
