The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News, which were found to be sufficient. Ms. Greene stated these proposals would be reviewed by a review committee and scored based on a matrix. She noted there were no numbers to read therefore, and the award would be based on total scores, not low dollar amount. She asked that as part of the review process, confirmation be made that all required documents were submitted with each proposal.
