The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the <br />Tri- County News, which were found to be sufficient. Ms. Greene stated these proposals would <br />be reviewed by a review committee and scored based on a matrix. She noted there were no <br />numbers to read therefore, and the award would be based on total scores, not low dollar amount. <br />She asked that as part of the review process, confirmation be made that all required documents <br />were submitted with each proposal.
