REGULAR MEETING JULY 9, 2013 208 <br />Relos and carried, the above bids were referred to Central Services and the Sewer Department <br />for review and recommendation. <br />OPENING OF BIDS --- STREET SWEEPING DEBRIS DISPOSAL — PROJECT NO 113-020 <br />SEWERS) <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced service. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- <br />County News, which were found to be sufficient. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the <br />Tri-County News, which were found to be sufficient. Ms. Greene stated these proposals would <br />be reviewed by a review committee and scored based on a matrix. She noted there were no <br />numbers to read therefore, and the award would be based on total scores, not low dollar amount. <br />She asked that as part of the review process, confirmation be made that all required documents <br />were submitted with each proposal.
