Staff recommends Rick Pitts for <br />appraising all the properties, with the second <br />appraisals split between Richard McCloskey <br />(Group C & D) and Ralph Lauver (Group A <br />B, and E). Total cost of the appraisals is <br />$53,700. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Dr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposals and accepted the proposals from <br />Rick Pitts, Ralph Lauver and Richard <br />McCloskey for the scope of services and fees <br />proposed. <br />E. West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br />There was no business in the West Washington- <br />Chapin Development Area. <br />F. South Side Development Area <br />There was no business in the South Side <br />Development Area. <br />G. Northeast Neighborhood Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2473 related to acquisition <br />of property in the NNDA (1030 <br />Georgiana) <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that 1030 Georgiana is <br />just north of the AAY's Rental property and <br />is vacant land. The property is owned by <br />Simon & Wilmae Love.
