Airport Economic Development Area <br />(3) continued... <br />Commission approved the Second <br />Addendum to Option Contract with CE <br />Capital Group. <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Survey work, Franklin/Lafayette) <br />Mr. Witwer noted that staff requested a <br />proposal from Ranch Harner & Associates <br />for survey work related to surveying in the <br />MIND area of Studebaker Corridor. The <br />proposal from Danch Harner is in the amount <br />of $12,390. Staff recommends approval of a <br />not-to-exceed amount of $13,600. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Dr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposal and accepted the proposal from <br />Ranch Harner & Associates for the scope of <br />services and fee proposed. <br />(5) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Appraisals, MIND area) <br />Mr. Witwer noted that staff requested <br />proposals for appraisal work related to <br />acquisition of property in the MIND area of <br />Studebaker Corridor. Two appraisals are <br />needed for each property. The appraisals <br />needed were grouped into five sections on <br />the map.
