r <br />REGULAR MEETING APRIL 26, 1982 <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined the public utility and benefit of the pro- <br />ject. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. The Common Council hereby confirms its Declaratory Resolution No. 947 -82, <br />adopted by the Council on March 15, 1982, which designated the area <br />described hererein as a Urban Development Area for the purposes of <br />Tangible Personal Property tax abatement consideration and confirms its determination <br />of the project's public utility and benefit. <br />SECTION II. That approval be granted to the Redevelopment Commission of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, to enter into a contract with the following contractors for the <br />rehabilitation work on the following properties: <br />Lewis A.
