- - - REGULAR MEETING - - - - --FEBRUARY- 24; -198-6----- <br />BILL NO. 8A -86 A BILL APPROPRIATING $700.00 FROM THE MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR ELECTRICAL WORK AT MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM. <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above bill, proponents <br />and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard. Dale Balsbaugh, manager of the <br />- Morris Civic, indicated these funds would be used to correct the routing of <br />electrical power lines. Council Member Beck made a motion to recommend this bill to <br />the Council favorable, seconded by Council Member Barcome. The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 11 -86 A BILL APPROPRIATING $84,940.00 FROM THE WATER WORKS DEPRECIATION <br />FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBERED 399.0 WITHIN THAT FUND. <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above bill, proponents <br />and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard. William Smurr, Director of the <br />Water Works, made the presentation for the bill. He indicated this appropriation <br />would be the final payment on the automated information and management control <br />system. Council Member Zakrzewski made a motion to recommend this bill to the <br />Council favorable, seconded by Council Member Barcome. The motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Council <br />Member Taylor made a motion to rise and report to the Council, seconded by Council <br />Member Zakrzewski.
