LARSON-DANIELSON PROPOSAL FOR CMc SERVICES MORRIS PERFORMING ARTS CENTER PARKING GARAGE 11
KNOX COMMUNITY SCHOOLS - VARIOUS PROJECTS
Knox, Indiana
Within the past five years, Larson-Danielson has served as Construction Manager as Constructor for multiple public
works projects with Knox Community Schools totaling approximately $5.6 million. Work included 26,175 SF of
additions and 63,000 SF of renovations across three schools and the Administration Building, a 13,000 SF Career
Center addition ($3.6M), and a $2M high school façade and roof replacement project.
Key challenges included phased construction within occupied school facilities, strict safety requirements, and
maintaining schedule continuity. Through detailed phasing, proactive stakeholder coordination, and disciplined
cost control, each project was completed successfully. Notably, savings generated during earlier phases helped
fund the Career Center addition, demonstrating strong financial stewardship and value management.
Staff: Brian Larson, Project Manager
Clarence Gehrke/Brett Schatt, Superintendents
Designer: Schmidt Associates
Cost: $19.9 million
Completed: Nov. 2025
