LARSON-DANIELSON PROPOSAL FOR CMc SERVICES MORRIS PERFORMING ARTS CENTER PARKING GARAGE 12 <br />RACLIN MURPHY ENCORE CENTER <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Larson-Danielson served as General Contractor for the 20,000-square-foot Raclin Murphy Encore Center addition <br />to the Morris Performing Arts Center. The project required careful integration of new construction with the <br />103-year-old historic theater, preserving architectural character while introducing modern lobby, lounge, and <br />community spaces. Tying structural systems and building components into the existing facility while maintaining <br />operations provided unique challenges throughout the course of construction.
