11Morris Performing Arts Center Parking Garage <br />Garmong Construction <br />Safety <br />Garmong’s safety record goes beyond the goal of ensuring that everyone goes home each day injury-free. It also provides you <br />with the peace of mind of knowing that our construction “hot zone” does not pose any risks to our staff and visitors. Garmong <br />has achieved CCS Certified status, meeting or exceeding national safety standards and demonstrating its commitment by <br />achieving at least 50% of Best Practices for both a Safety Program Review (SPRS) and a Home Office Audit, with no OSHA- <br />cited fatalities. <br />Our safety program includes: <br />• Enhancing safety culture with daily knowledge assessments for field and office staff using ClickSafety for OSHA microlearning <br />• The development of a comprehensive safety plan for each construction site to ensure staff and visitor safety within the <br />construction “hot zone”. <br />• Proactive approach to the identification of specific job site hazards and risks through the use of the Job Hazard Analysis <br />process to ensure tasks are performed in a way to help prevent work-related injuries <br />• Using the SDS Mobile app gives field teams immediate access to OSHA-required Safety Data Sheets (SDS), protecting <br />against chemical exposures <br />• Employing a dedicated safety consultant or safety director to work closely with the superintendent for safety oversight, <br />including conducting on-site safety audits and providing necessary training <br />• All project management and job site supervisory staff have completed First Aid and CPR certification courses <br />SAFETY RECORD 2025 2024 2023 2022 <br />EMR 0.61 0.60 0.65 0.79
