10Morris Performing Arts Center Parking Garage <br />Garmong Construction <br />Kennedy Park Renovations | South Bend, IN <br />Garmong has recently been selected as the Construction Manager for this new <br />intergenerational aquatics center and park amenities at Kennedy Park. The aquatics <br />center will include: a toddler play area with a zero-depth entry, an area with nets <br />for water basketball, a deep pool zone with a waterslide, lifeguard stations, and <br />more. The park amenities will include: a new basketball court, two pickleball <br />courts, picnic shelters, additional tree planting, and more. This project is scheduled <br />to be completed in the fall of 2027. <br />Project Cost: $15,000,000 <br />Reference: Eric Horvath | 574.235.9251 <br />Challenges and Successes: Meeting the City’s project schedule required <br />proactive alignment of design development, permitting, and bidding milestones. <br />Martin Luther King Jr. Dream Center | South Bend, IN <br />Garmong served as Construction Manager for the new Martin Luther King Jr. Dream <br />Center which includes a community center and park. The building is approximately <br />42,000 square-feet and includes a community meeting space, indoor playground, <br />administrative offices, computer room, and gym. This project was completed in 2025. <br />Project Cost: $24,000,000 <br />Reference: Patrick Sherman | 574.235.5601 <br />Challenges and Successes: As the first CMc project for the City of South Bend, <br />Garmong took extra care when it came to involvement with the City and answering <br />questions regarding the delivery process. <br />Criminal Justice Center Parking Garage | Indianapolis, IN <br />Garmong provided the city with design and construction services through the <br />Build-Operate-Transfer statute to provide a five-story and a four-story cast-in- <br />place parking structure.
