9Morris Performing Arts Center Parking Garage <br />Garmong Construction <br />Bloomington Trades Garage | Bloomington, IN <br />The Bloomington Trades District Garage is a four-story, cast-in-place parking <br />structure located in the heart of the city’s Trades District. Garmong served as <br />Construction Manager for this project, which provides 350 parking spaces, electric <br />vehicle charging stations, a solar array, and retail/commercial shell space for <br />future build-outs.The garage is one of the first in Indiana to achieve Parksmart <br />certification, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation. <br />Project Cost: $12,300,000 <br />Reference: Joshua Scism | 317.979.9998 <br />Challenges and Successes: Garmong, in collaboration with the owner’s <br />representative and architect, developed a series of value engineering options to <br />maintain project viability. <br />Hamilton County Parking Garage | Noblesville, IN <br />Garmong served as Construction Manager and provided the Hamilton County <br />Commissioners with design and construction services through the Build-Operate- <br />Transfer (BOT) statute. This five-story 162,000 square-foot, cast-in-place parking <br />structure accommodates over 480 parking spaces and provides Hamilton County <br />a long-term solution to the downtown parking challenges. <br />Project Cost: $11,500,000 <br />Reference: Mark Heirbrandt | 317.590.3460 <br />Challenges and Successes: Constructing this five-story, 162,000 square-foot <br />parking structure in a busy downtown environment required detailed logistics <br />planning to minimize disruption to local businesses, government operations, <br />and traffic. <br />IU Health South Support Building | Indianapolis, IN <br />The IU Health South Support Building (SSB) will serve as IU Health’s new <br />downtown Indianapolis hospital as part of the IU Health medical campus <br />project. The SSB will include a lower level, street level, and seven parking decks <br />encompassing over a million square feet. The lower support level and street levels <br />will contain a loading dock, logistics space, offices, retail space, and bulk medical <br />gas storage in an exterior yard.
