The ga- <br />rage supports the surrounding mixed-use development, including a hotel and apartment <br />buildings constructed by CRG, and is integrated into the overall urban site plan. <br />Hums Elementary School <br />School of Mishawaka | Mishawaka, IN <br />To support growing enrollment and enhance educational facilities, the Hums Elementary <br />School project includes the construction of a new 80,000 SF, single-story building <br />designed to serve up to 500 K–6 students. The project features new mechanical, <br />electrical, and plumbing systems, along with a complete exterior envelope. <br />Animal Care Services <br />Department of Business & Neighborhood Services | Indianapolis, IN <br />The new Indianapolis Animal Care Services facility is a 70,500 SF shelter with an <br />additional 7,025 SF for indoor/outdoor kennels. It includes spaces for cat and dog <br />adoption, training, veterinary services, and administration, along with outdoor areas for <br />a public dog park and play areas. Located on a 24-acre site, the building features 70% <br />precast panel construction and the remainder in conventional steel frame with metal <br />studs. <br />Health & Wellness Center Expansion <br />Indianapolis Public Schools | Indianapolis, IN <br />F.A. Wilhelm Construction is serving as Construction Manager for the new Crispus <br />Attucks Health and Wellness Center project in Indianapolis. The initiative includes <br />construction of a new, approximately 56,300 SF building addition designed to expand <br />health and wellness programs for students and the community. The project scope also <br />includes replacement of the existing school’s central utility plant mechanical equipment <br />to both support the new addition and modernize aging infrastructure, along with a <br />dynamic new atrium featuring experimental graphic installations. <br />New Downtown Indianapolis Hospital <br />IU Health | Indianapolis, IN <br />This new urban hospital will consolidate two existing adult hospitals. The project <br />consists of 1,500,000 building gross square feet above grade and approximately <br />400,000 SF of below grade parking. <br />3.
