The ga- <br />rage supports the surrounding mixed-use development, including a hotel and apartment <br />buildings constructed by CRG, and is integrated into the overall urban site plan. <br />Four Winds Phase I Gaming Resort and Parking Garage <br />Pokagon Gaming Authority | South Bend, IN <br />The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians developed 164 acres for this new enter- <br />tainment project. Wilhelm served as construction manager for Phase I, a new casino <br />including gaming space, five restaurants, three bars, retail shops and an employee <br />dining room. This project also included site utilities, roadways, and a 3,000 parking spot <br />garage that was constructed ahead of schedule and within budget. <br />New Hums Elementary School <br />School City of Mishawaka | Mishawaka, IN <br />The new Hums Elementary School in Mishawaka, Indiana, is a roughly $41 million <br />construction project replacing the existing 1970s-era facility. Work will involve building <br />a new, modern school adjacent to the current structure, allowing classes to continue <br />during construction before the old building is demolished. The project includes site <br />grading and drainage improvements, new utility infrastructure, and the installation of <br />secure entry points and zoned classroom layouts.
