22MORRIS PARKING GARAGE | PROJECT #125-065 <br />COMMUNICATION <br />TECHNOLOGY <br />During the initial project Kick-Off Meeting, Wilhelm will <br />align with the City and Design team on the best software <br />applications to communicate, plan, and execute the project. <br />Below is a list of technology we typically recommend <br />employing on projects, but Wilhelm is open to the use of other <br />software and systems that may integrate well into the team <br />systems. <br />DESIGN INTEGRATION <br />Revit is an industry-leading application including features for <br />both design and construction coordination and integrates <br />well with the project team. Depending on the design <br />software strategy, we will operate within Revit or AutoCAD as <br />applicable to the effort. Navisworks is our application used <br />to integrate and analyze models and is heavily used during <br />Building Information Modeling (BIM) Clash Detection and <br />Coordination efforts. This tool helps project teams coordinate, <br />communicate and resolve conflicts. <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />Primavera P6 is used to plan and schedule the project as well <br />as monitor productivity of our self-perform and subcontracted <br />work. P6 as a software is only as good as the Team’s ability to <br />communicate and functionally execute the schedule. Procore <br />drastically increases project efficiency and accountability <br />by streamlining and mobilizing project communications and <br />documentation. Real time data and accessibility minimize <br />costly risks and delays. Desktop, web and mobile options <br />allow teams to access critical data at any time. Bluebeam <br />provides solutions for instantaneous and paperless workflow <br />and is used by the project team for communication, <br />transmittals, RFIs, etc. <br />BUDGET AND COST MANAGEMENT <br />Viewpoint Project Management software will be used by <br />the project team to create and administer subcontracts and <br />purchase orders. Viewpoint Project Management software will <br />also be used to track all project cost and construction labor <br />productivity on the project. <br />COMMUNITY & MEDIA ENGAGEMENT <br />If the City is seeking assistance with Community & Media <br />Engagement, Wilhelm’s marketing team is ready to help. <br />We have extensive experience working with municipalities <br />to promote building projects, engage the community <br />during construction, and plan celebratory events such as <br />groundbreaking and topping-off ceremonies. <br />4.
