15MORRIS PARKING GARAGE | PROJECT #125-065 <br />4TH STREET PARKING GARAGE <br />BLOOMINGTON REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION | BLOOMINGTON, IN <br />The 4th Street Parking Garage is the first garage in Indiana designed and built to <br />achieve the “Parksmart” certification, based on compliance with guidelines that <br />reduce environmental impact, increase energy efficiency and performance, and <br />manage parking spaces efficiently. The garage features solar panels and electric <br />vehicle charging stations. <br />Wilhelm served as the Construction Manager for the project, including <br />decommissioning of the former 4th Street Garage, strategic planning of the <br />new garage, and construction of the new facility.
