14MORRIS PARKING GARAGE | PROJECT #125-065 <br />LAFAYETTE PUBLIC SAFETY CENTER & GARAGE <br />CITY OF LAFAYETTE, IN | LAFAYETTE, IN <br />DELIVERY METHOD <br />Construction Manager as Constructor <br />(CMc) <br />PROJECT SIZE <br />238,000 SF <br />PROJECT COST <br />$55,000,000 <br />COMPLETION <br />2023 <br />PROJECT SIMILARITIES <br />Public CMc Delivery <br />Parking Garage <br />Urban Construction <br />In partnership with Kettelhut Construction, Wilhelm was the Construction Manager <br />for a new public safety building and parking garage located in downtown Lafayette. <br />The project includes a 110,000 SF police station and a 500 car parking garage <br />dedicated to city staff, police vehicles (including Sally port), and the public. <br />With a continued focus on public spaces that serve the community, the site has a <br />green space between the parking garage and safety building for events, meetings, <br />and public gatherings. The new building provides the police with new technologies <br />which will allow them to have more time for community involvement and policing. <br />3.
