• Materials for installation of garage door and garage door opener are not included in wall panel package and <br />must be field applied. <br />• Materials and installation of straps, brackets, and anchors are not included. <br />• Drywall nailers and or clips on the ceiling are not included in wall panel package and will need to be field <br />applied. <br />• Materials and installation of any treated columns are not included in Wall Panel Package. <br />• Materials and installation of window guard rails are not included in wall panel package and will need to be <br />field applied. <br />• Materials and wall panels for First floor framing, no panels are included for First floor. No top plate or loose <br />lumber include in Wall panel for First floor. <br />• Second top plate materials will be included loose. <br />Roof Package: <br />Supplied by SBC Assembled <br />Roof trusses are at 24"o.c. loading TCD15/BCD10/TCL30, ground snow load 41psf. <br />All trusses are designed with SYP#2 material or better. <br />Individual truss designs will be sealed by Engineer after final approval of design. <br />Supplied by SBC Loose <br />• All roof truss to wall connections are included as H2.5T, this will need to be verified by architect if it <br />becomes an order. <br />• All Simpson brand Hangers for truss -to -truss connections are included. <br />Excluded from SBC Roof Truss Package <br />• Materials and labor for treated skids under roof mechanical units are not included in Roof truss package. <br />• Materials and labor for out -lookers at dropped gables are not included. <br />• Designs are preliminary and will need to be finalized before submitting to architect. <br />• Package does not include materials for wood returns at soffits and should be supplied by loose lumber <br />package. <br />• Materials and Labor for any parapet framing. <br />• Material and labor for return eyebrows are not included in Component package and must be field installed. <br />• No beams or headers are included in the roof package. <br />• Some over -framing may be required. <br />• All temporary / permanent bracing materials and labor supplied by loose lumber package. <br />• No ridge, hips or stick framing is included in package. <br />• Ladder Frame Overhangs are not included in truss package. <br />• Trusses are NOT FCS or fire treated. <br />• Heel heights, overhangs and pitches must be confirmed before a final design is finished. <br />• Sheathing for draft stop trusses is NOT applied and is not included in truss package. <br />• Materials and installation of blocking between trusses. <br />• Purlins for piggyback trusses, and dropped top cord hips are not included in truss package. <br />• Girder plies are not pre -assembled. <br />• Does not include any truss or hanger fasteners (Nails, Bolts, Screws not included) <br />• Materials and installation of headers, beams, porch beams, columns. <br />• Materials and installation of Roof sheathing. <br />• Materials and installation of any clips applied to non -load bearing walls to be supplied by loose lumber <br />package. <br />• Heel heights, overhangs and pitches must be confirmed before a final design is finished. <br />• Trusses with spans this long often have deflections in the 2"-4" range, this is well within code for this span, <br />but often not acceptable by the property owner. By approving order, contractor acknowledges that he has <br />reviewed the engineered drawings and approves the deflections listed. <br />• Contractor is responsible for supplying and following BCSI and Code required special engineering for <br />permanent and temporary bracing on trusses over 60'. <br />2 <br />
