Project Approach <br />STEP 1: STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT <br />Understanding the needs of the central traffic signal system's users is of the utmost importance. Proactive communication with <br />groups who hold an interest in the selection and functionality of the system, as well as the general operation of the City's traffic <br />signals will lead to a faster and more streamlined selection of the proposed central system and buy -in from project stakeholders.
