Her 20-year history <br />gives her expertise that allows her <br />to ensure our submittals meet <br />Lochmueller's high quality standards. <br />it <br />SIGNAL &DETECTION DESIGN <br />A PE licensed in Missouri, Morgan has <br />specialized in ITS and lighting design, <br />traffic signal design and signal <br />optimization projects, operational <br />analyses, signal turn-ons, and safety <br />analyses. She was a project engineer <br />for the Gateway Green Light Phase <br />VI ATMS improvements project in St. <br />Charles, MO. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br />C.J. has 19 years of experience in <br />urban planning and environmental <br />services. He has authored or <br />managed over 150 approved <br />NEPA documents for INDOT and <br />LPA projects. He is an expert on <br />INDOT environmental policy and <br />provides invaluable insight on the <br />best strategies to manage the NEPA <br />delivery process and schedule. <br />SYSTEM ENGINEERING <br />With five years of experience, Nick <br />specializes in Signal Design and <br />Operations Support with experience <br />in traffic signal optimization, MOT, <br />and simulation modeling. He is a PE <br />licensed in Missouri and is proficient <br />with Synchro, Vissim, Visual lighting, <br />HCS, IHSDM, AGi32, and SIDRA. <br />ROADWAY DESIGN <br />Finn has 5 years of experience in <br />public -sector project management, <br />and a passion for building sustainable <br />cities and improving transportation <br />for pedestrians and bicycle traffic. He <br />is the design lead for South Bend's <br />Coal Line Trail Phase III. <br />ROAD/SIGNALS SUPPORT <br />Nicole brings 24 years of experience <br />in design and management of <br />transportation projects. She has <br />developed traffic signal plans for <br />various intersections throughout <br />Indiana, which included curb <br />ramps and ADA improvements. Her <br />familiarity with all phases of project <br />development and constructability <br />issues ensures a quality product. <br />Wr.;, <br />ELECTRICAL ENGINEER <br />Phil has over 13 years of experience <br />specializing in electrical engineering. <br />He has specific experience providing <br />electrical design support for the city- <br />wide ATMS improvements for St. <br />Charles, MO spanning over a dozen <br />miles, called Gateway Green Light <br />Network Expansion Phase VI. <br />SURVEYING LEAD <br />Sean brings 30 years of experience <br />specializing in mission planning and <br />post -processing of static GPS survey <br />data and overseeing the collection of <br />real-time kinematic survey data. He <br />is an Illinois -licensed surveyor and a <br />Certified Federal Surveyor. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORT <br />Rachele currently serves as Director <br />of Environmental Services for <br />Resolution Group. She has more than <br />30 years of experience providing <br />natural resources consulting and <br />services to public sector, commercial, <br />and residential clients.
