19.3. Provide engineering assistance for the major process equipment manufacturers performing <br />the check-out and startup. Up to two days on -site for system startup is included in this <br />Agreement. <br />20. Final Notice of Acceatability of the Work. <br />20.1. Conduct a final inspection to determine if the completed Work of Contractor is acceptable so <br />that Donohue may recommend, in writing, final payment to Contractor. <br />20.2. Accompanying the recommendation for final payment, Donohue shall also provide a notice <br />thatthe Work is acceptable to the best of Donohue's knowledge, information, and belief based <br />on the extent of the services provided by Donohue under its Agreement with the Owner. <br />21. Record Documents. <br />21.1. Receive and review annotated record documents from Contractor, which are to be assembled <br />by Contractor in accordance with the Contract Documents to obtain final payment. Prepare <br />Record Drawings showing appropriate record information based on the project annotated <br />record documents received from the Contractor. <br />21.2. The completed Record Drawing deliverables for Project shall include up to two (2) full-size or <br />half-size printed paper sets and an electronic set in PDF format. <br />22. Limitation of Responsibilities. <br />22.1. Donohue shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions of Contractor, or of any of its <br />subcontractors, suppliers, or of any other individual or entity performing or furnishing any of <br />the Work. <br />22.2. Donohue shall not be responsible for failure of Contractor to perform or furnish the Work in <br />accordance with the Contract Documents. <br />23. Applications Engineering Services. <br />23.1. Provide application engineering services for developing and programming of the <br />programmable logic controller (PLC) and human machine interface (HMI) project -specific <br />application software. <br />23.2. Develop sample HMI graphic screen layouts. <br />23.3. Organize and lead one (1) single day workshop with Owner to review and discuss: <br />23.3.1. Loop descriptions for operation and control of the equipment and systems <br />affected by the Work of this Project. <br />23.3.2. Sample HMI graphic screen layouts. <br />23.3.3. HMI navigation alternatives and approach. <br />23.3.4. Trending requirements. <br />23.3.5. Alarm and event requirements. <br />23.3.6. HMI security requirements. <br />23.4. Prepare draft meeting notes of the Workshop including any mutually agreed upon changes <br />to the loop descriptions and the sample HMI graphics presented. <br />Page 7 of 9 <br />
