6. The apparent property and right-of-way lines, within the project survey limits will be <br />established based upon existing road improvements, existing survey monumentation, and <br />the aforementioned record information obtained from SJCHD, SJCRO, SJCSO, and the <br />City of South Bend. <br />7. A survey centerline alignment for the subject portion of Lathrop Street will established <br />based upon any historical plans / information provided and any recorded LCRSP's located <br />during research. <br />8. A LCRSP in accordance with Title 865 I.A.C. 1-12 (Rule 12) will be recorded in the <br />SJCRO. <br />A1.03 Right -of -Way Engineering <br />A. Surveyor shall: <br />1. Prepare and submit legal descriptions, parcel plats, and other documentation required by <br />the City of South Bend. <br />2. The number of parcels to be impacted is assumed to be 14 (based upon the number of <br />unique Tax Identification numbers within the south project survey limits. <br />a. Exhibit "A" (legal description of proposed right-of-way take / easement) <br />1) Legal descriptions will consist of 1 permanent and 1 temporary. Any additional <br />legal descriptions will be considered additional services. <br />b. Exhibit `B" (drawing of proposed right-of-way take / easement) <br />c. COGO Report <br />d. Area Computation Sheet <br />e. Surveyor's Documentation Sheet <br />3. Title and Encumbrance Reports to be provided by Metropolitan Title <br />4. Right -of -Way Staking <br />a. One time staking for utility relocation and one time staking for acquisition / appraising. <br />b. The staking shall utilize wooden hubs and lath located at changes in bearing and other <br />points necessary to show the location of the proposed takings and/or easements. <br />A 1.04 Geotechnical Investigation and Report <br />A. Engineer Shall: <br />1. Geotechnical exploration and evaluation shall be conducted by GME Testing <br />2.
