10. Establish the location of visibly apparent structures, improvements, fences, paved areas, <br />non -paved areas, curbs, sidewalks, crown of road, natural features, etc. within the survey <br />limits. <br />11. Locate the relevant portion of existing buildings and/or structural improvements within the <br />survey limits. <br />12. Locate isolated trees four (4) inches and over in diameter at breast height. In thickly and/or <br />heavily wooded / brushy areas only the perimeter of the woods/brush will be established. <br />Existing vegetation, landscaping, and planting areas shall be located. No scientific and/or <br />species names and/or dripline locations will be provided. <br />13. Show the location of all visibly apparent evidence of underground utilities marked by <br />Indiana 811 and visible evidence of utilities such as manholes, hatches, cleanouts, valves, <br />handholes, transformers, gas meters, warning risers, gas valve, phone/cable pedestals, etc. <br />14. Show the location of all light pole, power poles and overhead utilities within the survey <br />limits. <br />A1.02 Location Control Route Survey Plat (LCRSP) <br />A. Surveyor shall: <br />1. Obtain the current deeds of record for those parcels within the survey limits. <br />a. A search for recorded easements will not be carried out within the project limits. Only <br />those easements referenced on subdivision plats and/or cross-referenced in the <br />aforementioned deeds will be shown. <br />2. Search for relevant recorded boundary surveys and LCRSP's in the St. Joseph County <br />Recorder's office (SJCRO) and on file in the St. Joseph County Surveyor's Office <br />(SJCSO). <br />3. Search for and locate existing survey monumentation (rebars, pipes, post, R/W markers, <br />etc.) at the relevant corners of the lots and/or parcels lying within the topographic survey <br />limits. <br />4. Search for and locate the relevant section and quarter section corners for the survey limits. <br />a. The records of the SJCSO will be researched in an effort to locate existing section <br />corner witnesses, etc. <br />b. A maximum of 11 section and quarter corners will be searched for and located. <br />5.
