Removing the roof deck could place added stress and cause shifting or failure. <br />Liability Exclusion: Any structural damage caused by failure to perform recommended masonry repairs is not <br />included in this scope and will not be covered. <br />Structural Precaution: Temporary shoring has been included for safety, but permanent repairs are highly advised <br />prior to starting demolition. <br />Parapet Work Only: Masonry scope is limited to work above roof line only.
