One (1) Pre -Design Owner -Architect meeting ("kickoff"); <br />b. Two (2) Design Coordination meetings with Owner. <br />Landscape / Site Design <br />1. Development of two (2) preliminary site layout concepts for Owner consideration, <br />including: <br />a. New (Replacement) Splash Pad/equipment concept; <br />b. New (Replacement) Playground area/equipment concept and locations; <br />c. New walks, including general connectivity and wayfinding concepts; <br />d. Parking, vehicular access and safety improvement concepts; <br />e. New Comfort Station locations; <br />f. New site furniture, lighting and planting concepts / locations. <br />2. Preliminary coordination with specialty splash pad and playground equipment <br />manufacturers/suppliers for concept design, equipment selection and budgeting. <br />3. Refinement of one (1) site layout concept to 30% design completion level, including <br />preliminary grading and conceptual stormwater/drainage. <br />Civil / Utility Engineering <br />1. Topographic survey of project area, including marked public utilities. <br />a. Assumes Owner -identified / marked utilities. <br />2. (Limited) Assessment of existing on -site utilities, including on -site sewage disposal. <br />a. Assumes Owner -provided existing utility information and locations; <br />b. Assumes on -site sewage system to be abandoned as part of the project. <br />3. Preliminary coordination with specialty splash pad manufacturers/suppliers for utility <br />design coordination matters, including water supply and sewer requirements. <br />4. Preliminary site utility design concepts including stormwater conveyance, sanitary sewer <br />improvements and public water service. <br />Architecture <br />Conceptual design of four (4)-stall public -access restroom facility for Owner <br />consideration. <br />a.
