:IABONMARCHE <br />Engineering • Architecture • Land Surveying <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Preliminary Design <br />The Abonmarche Team of Landscape Architects, Civil Engineers, Surveyors and Architects will <br />provide the professional services as follows: <br />Scope Summary <br />1. Abonmarche will provide preliminary architectural and engineering design services for <br />the development of two (2) site layout concepts for the proposed improvements. <br />2. After Owner review, one (1) site concept will be further developed incorporating <br />Owners' feedback, along with preliminary plans for the proposed splash pad, <br />playground and comfort station. Preliminary plans will be developed to a limited (30%) <br />design completion level. <br />3. Abonmarche will produce a corresponding preliminary Opinion of Probable Cost for the <br />proposed improvements. <br />General Scope of Services <br />Manage the Preliminary Design Services, research applicable design criteria, attend <br />Project Coordination Meetings, communicate with members of the Project Team, and <br />report progress to the Owner. <br />2. Confirm/refine Owner's design program; confirm A/E approach. <br />3. Establish/verify Owner's initial project budget and timeline expectations. <br />4. Perform Preliminary Code and Permitting Review: <br />a. Conduct preliminary building code and standards review; <br />b. Determine applicable state and local plan review and permitting requirements <br />including relevant application deadlines. <br />5. Review any Owner -provided existing conditions documentation, such as: parcel deeds, <br />easement descriptions, site, utility and/or building plans. <br />6. Provide a preliminary assessment of the Owner's Development Objectives and identify <br />constraints and opportunities that will impact them. <br />7.
