g. Preliminary Drawings and Specification List <br />2. The following preliminary drawings will be included as an appendix to the BDR: <br />a. General <br />b. Sheet List <br />c. Site Plan <br />d. Hydraulic Profile <br />e. Process Flow Diagram <br />f. Facility Demolition Plan <br />g. Facility New Equipment and Piping Plan <br />h. Electrical Power Distribution Functional Diagram <br />i. P&IDs <br />3. Provide one electronic copy (PDF) of the Draft BDR and preliminary drawings to Owner <br />for distribution and review. <br />4. Attend one (1) 2-hr meeting with Owner to receive and discuss Owner's review comments. <br />For budgeting purposes, meeting will be held at the Owners office and will be attended in - <br />person by Engineering Manager and Project Engineer and virtually by all other disciplines. <br />5. Owner comments will be received and incorporated into a Final BDR to be submitted after <br />the review meeting. <br />TASK 400 — DETAILED DESIGN <br />1. Prepare construction contract documents for one construction contract. <br />2. The construction contract documents shall be prepared for selection of private construction <br />contractors on a competitive bid basis. <br />3. This expedited design format has only Level 2 (50%) and Level 3 (90%) submittals. No <br />Level 1 (30%) submittal is provided. <br />4. Design — General <br />a. As part of the Basic Design Services, the Engineer shall produce interim documents for <br />the purpose of review by Owner's staff and Engineer's quality control. The interim <br />documents shall serve as milestones wherein certain features shall be fixed after a <br />period of Owner review.
