g. Preliminary Drawings and Specification List 2. The following preliminary drawings will be included as an appendix to the BDR: a. General b. Sheet List c. Site Plan d. Hydraulic Profile e. Provide one electronic copy (PDF) of the Draft BDR and preliminary drawings to Owner for distribution and review. 4. Attend one (1) 2-hr meeting with Owner to receive and discuss Owner's review comments. For budgeting purposes, meeting will be held at the Owners office and will be attended in - person by Engineering Manager and Project Engineer and virtually by all other disciplines. 5. Owner comments will be received and incorporated into a Final BDR to be submitted after the review meeting. TASK 400 — DETAILED DESIGN 1. Prepare construction contract documents for one construction contract. 2. The construction contract documents shall be prepared for selection of private construction contractors on a competitive bid basis. 3. This expedited design format has only Level 2 (50%) and Level 3 (90%) submittals. No Level 1 (30%) submittal is provided. 4. Design — General a. As part of the Basic Design Services, the Engineer shall produce interim documents for the purpose of review by Owner's staff and Engineer's quality control. The interim documents shall serve as milestones wherein certain features shall be fixed after a period of Owner review.
