b. Design Review Workshops listed below in Tasks 300 and 400 (Basis of Design Report <br />and 50 and 90% design deliverables). <br />c. Periodic site visits during design listed below in Task 200. <br />2. Project Coordination and Invoicing <br />a. Engineer will provide project supervision, direction, and coordination with the Owner's <br />management and staff. Project administration and management also includes budget <br />and schedule control, client management support, document control, coordination of <br />activities, monthly invoicing including a project status report, and project close-out for <br />up to 14 months. Engineer will maintain a change register of any scope changes <br />affecting the project budget or schedule and review it with the Owner monthly. <br />Engineer shall discuss and receive written approval for any scope changes from the <br />Owner prior to proceeding. <br />3. Potential Scope Adjustment <br />a. In the event there is consideration to change the scope of the project, the Engineer will <br />develop and present a potential scope adjustment (PSA) to the Owner. This document <br />will itemize the potential change(s) in scope, detail the anticipated cost impact on both <br />the Engineer's work as well as for the project construction, and indicate any anticipated <br />changes in the initial project schedule. Owner will provide direction to Engineer on the <br />implementation of any PSA's and both parties will endeavor to negotiate the scope and <br />fee adjustments to the design phase authorization to address any approved PSAs in <br />accordance with the Owner's Policies and Procedures. <br />4. Owner Review Time — For the purposes of this scope and fee estimate and associated <br />schedule, a two -week review period has been assumed for Owner review of each <br />deliverable. <br />TASK 200 — SITE INVESTIGATION AND SUBCONSULTANTS <br />Task 201 — Evaluate Existing Facilities <br />1. Visit existing facilities. For budgeting purposes, a one (1) day visit has been included by <br />the following disciplines: chemical feed, structural, civilbuilding mechanical, electrical, <br />instrumentation and controls. Project kick-off meeting will be held during this visit as <br />described above. <br />2. Review existing reports and other information from Owner's files. <br />Task 202 — Surveying Services — QD) Laser Scanning <br />1. Perform ground -based high -definition surveying using remote sensing with LiDAR <br />equipment to survey existing piping, equipment, and structure surfaces in the following <br />specific locations: <br />a.
