This is EXHIBIT A, consisting of 25 pages, referred to in <br />and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer <br />for Professional Services dated July 22, 2025. <br />Engineer's Services <br />Article I of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties. <br />Engineer shall provide Basic and Additional Services as set forth below. <br />PART 1— BASIC SERVICES <br />A 1.01 Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, and Bid and Pre -Award Services <br />A. Engineer shall: <br />Project Description — The Scope of Services described in this attachment is to be performed <br />for the North WTP PFAS Minimization Project (Project). The project includes preliminary <br />design, detailed design, and bid phase engineering services for the following: <br />a. Modification to the existing High Service Pump Station (HSPS) to construct an upper <br />level to house four (4) AIX vessels, impeller and motor modifications to the four <br />existing high service pumps, installation of variable frequency drives (VFDs) on the <br />four existing high service pumps, relocation of chlorine and fluoride feed points in the <br />HSPS, a new sodium bisulfate chemical feed room and system to be incorporated into <br />the existing building, miscellaneous HVAC and plumbing improvements, and <br />associated process, structural, electrical and I&C improvements. <br />TASK 100 — PROJECT ADMINISTRATION <br />Task 101 — Project Management and Administration <br />Engineer shall provide administration and management of project. This includes preparation of <br />project management documents including project procedures manual, budget, schedule, drafting <br />standards manual, and quality assurance and quality control plan. Engineer shall review ongoing <br />activities, monitor schedule and budget, review progress with Owner on a regular basis, and <br />discuss issues with the Owner as they are noted. <br />Project Meetings and Workshops - Engineer will organize and attend project meetings and <br />teleconferences with the Owner. The project meetings will be held as MS Teams Calls, <br />unless otherwise noted. <br />a. One (1) project kickoff meeting with the design team and Owner representatives. The <br />Senior Engineering Manager as well as the following disciplines will be in attendance <br />in person: chemical feed, structural, civil, building mechanical, electrical, and <br />instrumentation and controls.
