This is EXHIBIT A, consisting of 25 pages, referred to in and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer for Professional Services dated July 22, 2025. Engineer's Services Article I of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties. Engineer shall provide Basic and Additional Services as set forth below. PART 1— BASIC SERVICES A 1.01 Preliminary Design, Detailed Design, and Bid and Pre -Award Services A. Engineer shall: Project Description — The Scope of Services described in this attachment is to be performed for the North WTP PFAS Minimization Project (Project). The project includes preliminary design, detailed design, and bid phase engineering services for the following: a. Modification to the existing High Service Pump Station (HSPS) to construct an upper level to house four (4) AIX vessels, impeller and motor modifications to the four existing high service pumps, installation of variable frequency drives (VFDs) on the four existing high service pumps, relocation of chlorine and fluoride feed points in the HSPS, a new sodium bisulfate chemical feed room and system to be incorporated into the existing building, miscellaneous HVAC and plumbing improvements, and associated process, structural, electrical and I&C improvements. TASK 100 — PROJECT ADMINISTRATION Task 101 — Project Management and Administration Engineer shall provide administration and management of project. This includes preparation of project management documents including project procedures manual, budget, schedule, drafting standards manual, and quality assurance and quality control plan. Engineer shall review ongoing activities, monitor schedule and budget, review progress with Owner on a regular basis, and discuss issues with the Owner as they are noted. Project Meetings and Workshops - Engineer will organize and attend project meetings and teleconferences with the Owner. The project meetings will be held as MS Teams Calls, unless otherwise noted. a. One (1) project kickoff meeting with the design team and Owner representatives. The Senior Engineering Manager as well as the following disciplines will be in attendance in person: chemical feed, structural, civil, building mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and controls. For budgeting purposes, one (1), 2-hr in -person meeting held at the Owner's office is included and it is assumed that this meeting will occur during the same trip as the site visit described in Task 201.
