Furnish and install APA Solar Racking Ready Rack (or equal) mounting system. <br />10. Aluminum conductor will be used except for grounding and the interconnection. <br />11. Underground conduit shall be run from the array to the interconnection point. Conduit underground <br />shall be Schedule 40 PVC. Conduits transitioning to and from the underground PVC shall be RMC. <br />12. Low grow grass seeds will be planted within the array. <br />13. Unless noted <br />otherwise, pricing based on first shift only (Monday through Friday). <br />• Piping / conduit / wire mold may be run exposed in occupied spaces (as applicable). <br />• Unless specifically noted in the Scope of Services — conduit / wire mold is un-painted. <br />• Based on the existing drawings, it is assumed that there are no underground utilities are in the area of <br />the array. <br />Exclusions: <br />• Union labor and/or prevailing wage rates <br />• Apprentices Labor <br />• Copper conductor <br />• Tariffs imposed or changes required due to changes in law after the date of contract execution <br />• Lighting or security cameras <br />• Domestic content per the ITC definition <br />• Utility service upgrades or other electrical infrastructure upgrades including harmonic distortion <br />remediation <br />• Excludes lightning protection system design, modification and/or installation. <br />• Design changes due to underground utilities within the array field. <br />• Backup power during the utility shutdown for interconnection <br />• Operations & Maintenance of the system <br />Confidential & Proprietary Information of Ameresco, Inc.
