<br />SAVINGS GUARANTEE
<br />GUARANTEED SAVINGS AMOUNT; GUARANTEE PERIOD
<br />Ameresco hereby guarantees to Customer that the amount of the Annual Savings shall equal or exceed the
<br />"Guaranteed Savings" (as specified in Table C-1 below), over the Guarantee Period (defined below).
<br />The Annual Guaranteed Savings Amount is made up of one (1) savings components:
<br />1. Energy (Electricity, Gas, and Water) Savings
<br />Ameresco, guarantees the total Annual Guaranteed Savings Amount, but does not guarantee the savings
<br />amount achieved by each individual savings measure.
<br />Sources of Energy and Operating Cost Savings are set forth in Attachment G. Operating Cost Savings can
<br />result from avoided expenditures for operations, maintenance, equipment repair, or equipment replacement
<br />and/or capital funds for projects that, because of the project, will not be necessary including costs of planned
<br />renovation, renewal, or repair avoided as a result of the Project.
<br />Calculation of the Annual Savings shall be performed under, and governed by, the methods, formulas, and
<br />procedures described in the Measurement and Verification Plan set forth in Attachment G.
