ATTACHMENT B <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />This Attachment sets forth a description of the Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) and related equipment <br />to be installed by Ameresco at the buildings, facilities, and areas set forth in Attachment A within the Property. <br />Installation of the ECM(s) and the included equipment is subject to change if Ameresco discovers unforeseen <br />conditions at the Property that render its preliminary analysis of the Property inaccurate, or significantly affect <br />achievement of the Guaranteed Savings. Any changes to the installation of the ECM(s) and the included <br />equipment are subject to the approval of the Customer and issuance of a Change Order, which approval shall <br />not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. <br />The ECMs described below are included in the Scope of Services: <br />ECM 1: Solar PV <br />Ameresco will design, procure, and install a ground mount solar system interconnected behind the meter <br />serving Wells 1-2 & Office (Account 0446885710) and a second system interconnected behind the meter <br />serving Wells 3 & 6 (Account 0415885710) at the Water Treatment Plant at 915 S Olive St. This total system <br />capacity at standard test conditions (STC) will be 392 kW-DC/375 kW -AC. This includes: <br />1. Complete electrical and structural engineering in relation to the solar arrays. <br />2. Required permitting with the local authority having jurisdiction <br />3. Applying for and completing the requirements of the interconnection agreement with the Indiana <br />Michigan Power. <br />4. Final design information for the system will be provided upon project closeout for Customer's <br />Investment Tax Credit application. Ameresco cannot guarantee that Customer will receive <br />Investment Tax Credit or associated bonuses. <br />5. Furnish and install tier 1 solar panels including shipping. <br />a. Ameresco supplied Hanwha 395W panels <br />b. System capacity with total nameplate capacity of 392 kW -DC. <br />c. Photovoltaic modules will be mounted at a 20 degree fixed tilt and will be installed at an <br />azimuth of 180 degrees. <br />6. Furnish and install (1) Solectria XGI 1500 200/200-480 and (1) Solectria XGI 1500 175/175-480 <br />three phase inverters. <br />7. Furnish and install a Data Acquisition system including: <br />a. (2) revenue grade meter to monitor system operation <br />b. (1) weather station <br />c. (2) irradiance sensors <br />d. The monitoring data will be available to view on an online dashboard visible by the <br />Customer and will include 15 minute interval monitoring. <br />e. Customer shall provide an ethernet connection to the LAN network at the GAC building. <br />f. 5 years of subscription services will be provided. Customer shall be responsible for annual <br />subscription costs after that time which will be provided under a separate agreement. <br />The system interconnection shall occur at the meter at the 480VAC level. <br />a. A line side tap into the utility service and a new switch and fuse will be installed into the <br />output of the utility meter to serve each solar array. <br />b. No upgrades or changes to the facility distribution system will be made. Any upgrades <br />required by permitting review are excluded. <br />c. Electrical utility upgrades are not included.
