During Phase I, the northbound lanes shall be merged into one lane and shifted to <br />the existing 2—way left turn lane. Phase I shall be limited to a maximum of 10 calendar days. <br />Contractor shall coordinate work with City of South Bend to avoid lane restrictions during time of <br />local events. Northbound left turn lane at Angela Boulevard shall be closed. Northbound left turn <br />detection shall be temporarily disabled. All signal work shall be done by an INDOT pre —qualified signal <br />contractor and shall be coordinated with Juan Leyvo, P.E.
