During Phase II, the eastbound left turn lane along Angela Boulevard and the <br />southbound driving lane along SR 933 may be closed to traffic. The Angela Boulevard eastbound right <br />turn lane shall be directed to share the eastbound thru lane. The SR 933 southbound thru lanes <br />shall be restricted to one southbound lane. SR 933 northbound lanes shall remain unrestricted. Traffic <br />restrictions during Phase II construction shall be limited to 45 calendar days.
