Bid Document Submittals <br /> <br />1. Preliminary Demolition Documents. <br /> <br />a. DLZ will prepare 60% Demolition Documents for the CLIENT’s review, consisting of <br />preliminary drawings and specifications. DLZ will furnish 1 (one) electronic review copy of <br />the 60% Demolition Documents to the CLIENT. Submittal will include the following <br />deliverables: <br />1) Preliminary Plans <br />2) Preliminary Specifications <br />3) Opinion of Probable Construction Costs <br /> <br />b. DLZ’s services under the Preliminary Demolition Documents will be considered complete <br />on the date when the Preliminary Demolition Document Plans, Preliminary Specifications, <br />and Opinion of Probable Construction Costs have been delivered to the CLIENT. <br /> <br />2. Final Demolition Documents. <br /> <br />a. After acceptance by CLIENT of the Preliminary Demolition Document Plans, Preliminary <br />Specifications, and Opinion of Probable Construction Costs as determined in the <br />Preliminary Demolition Document Phase, and any other deliverables subject to any <br />CLIENT-directed modifications or changes in the scope, extent, character, or design <br />requirements of or for the Project, and upon written authorization from CLIENT, DLZ will: <br />1) Prepare Final Drawings. <br />2) Prepare Final Specifications. <br />3) Prepare Final Opinion of Probable Construction Costs. <br /> <br />b. DLZ will prepare and furnish bidding documents for review by CLIENT, its legal counsel, <br />and other advisors. CLIENT shall submit to Engineer any comments. <br /> <br />c. DLZ will revise the bidding documents in accordance with comments and instructions from <br />the CLIENT, as appropriate and submit 1 (one) electronic final copy of the bidding <br />documents, a revised Opinion of Probable Construction Costs, and any other deliverables <br />to CLIENT after receipt of CLIENT’s comments and instructions. <br /> <br />d. DLZ’s services under the Final Demolition Documents will be considered complete on the <br />date when the Final Demolition Document Plans, Final Specifications, and Final Opinion of <br />Probable Construction Costs have been delivered to the CLIENT. <br /> <br />
