DLZ will review information provided by the utility companies and will identify utility <br />abandonment requirements. <br />3. DLZ will document where temporary water and electric service could be provided by the <br />applicable utilities as may be needed for the abatement/demolition activities. <br />4. CLIENT shall provide as-built information on all buried infrastructure (conduits, cabling, piping <br />tanks, vaults, etc.) within the project limits not owned or maintained by a utility. This includes, <br />but is not limited to, infrastructure for sanitary sewers, storm sewers, power communication, <br />natural gas, fire protection, steam/condensate, and potable water. <br />5. DLZ will request utility relocation/abandonment costs from the utilities. <br />6. Specific utility relocation requirements are not known or anticipated at this time. Therefore, <br />the engineering design, bidding and construction phase services for utility relocation(s) are <br />NOT included in this Proposal and are considered Additional Services. <br /> <br />C. Environmental Conditions Review <br /> <br />1. Site Environmental Conditions Review <br /> <br />a. DLZ environmental staff will review all readily available environmental documentation <br />pertaining to the former Drewery’s Brewery parcel that is contained in the IDEM Virtual <br />File Cabinet (VFC) records. <br /> <br />b. DLZ environmental staff will meet with CLIENT designated personnel familiar with the site <br />environmental conditions and the Indiana Brownfield Authority project manager to review <br />the environmental regulatory compliance and land use restrictions as they pertain to the <br />removal of the remaining on-site building foundations. <br /> <br />TASK 6 – DEMOLITION BID DOCUMENT DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />A. Bid Document Format <br />1. DLZ will work with the CLIENT to adapt the CLIENT’s contract, general and supplementary <br />conditions, and bidding documents to conform to the demolition project.
