Key items to be discussed include: <br /> <br />a. Identify key personnel of the CLIENT. <br /> <br />b. The current status and identification of the CLIENT’s staff that will be involved in the <br />decision-making processes for the following issues: <br />1) Future Development of the Site <br />2) Project Sequencing and Scheduling <br />3) Legal and Administrative Review <br />4) Technical Review Issues <br />5) Budgetary Constraints/Requirements <br />6) Site Access Coordination <br /> <br />c. Establish the Project schedule and any interim deliverables desired by the CLIENT. <br /> <br />d. Establish a point of contact for outside agencies having input to the Project. <br /> <br />e. Identify any special formatting requirements desired by the CLIENT. <br /> <br />f. Establish a progress meeting schedule and typical progress report outline. <br /> <br />g. Establish general procedures for DLZ personnel to conduct required site visits. <br /> <br />C. Risk Allocation and Legal Coordination <br />1. DLZ shall assist the CLIENT’s legal counsel in developing language to incorporate into the bid <br />documents with respect to the following items: <br />a. Performance based demolition contract language <br /> <br />b. Indemnity and liability limiting agreements <br /> <br />c. Bond issues <br /> <br />d. Pre-bid and demolition contractor qualification recommendations <br /> <br />e. Environmental issues, including both contractual and government entity related matters, <br />that arise as part of the contract document development. <br /> <br />
