If there are any delays or late cancellations after the product has been <br />ordered, the homeowner may be subject to penalties up to and including 33% of the <br />contract amount. Furthermore, should the work be stopped or delayed for any reason by <br />your HOA or Historical Society the homeowner will be responsible for any fines or fees <br />that may come as a result. <br />If the homeowner is concerned, in any way that their HOA and/or Historical Society will <br />not or has not approved their project, it is homeowner’s responsibility to notify our office <br />at 317-428-2054 prior to our ordering your products and material.
