Perpetual care fund. <br />(a) A perpetual care fund is established as a trust fund <br />under the control and direction of the Board of Public Works for the <br />purpose of providing for the perpetual care and maintenance of the <br />City cemetery. <br />(b) The Board shall not be obligated to expend for care on <br />any lot in excess of the interest earned and received from legal <br />investment made by the Board. <br />10 <br />
