a •
Breckinridge County Schools • s ," • CMTA
Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract ea..*
Annual Reconciliation Report (2023-2024) 00
Building -by -Building Energy Data
This section outlines the performance for each facility, compared to the baseline and guarantee. Each
building includes a Year 4 summary to create a clear depiction of how each utility at each facility is
performing. In each figure, there is a baseline performance (orange line), guaranteed performance (blue
line), and an actual performance (green line). When the actual performance (green line) is below the
guaranteed performance (blue line), that utility is outperforming the guarantee, resulting in excess savings
for the Breckinridge County Schools.
Domestic Water savings were met per the contractual Measurement and Verification methods outlined
in Section 4 — District Summary. For reference and as an added value to Breckinridge County Schools,
CMTA continues to monitor the water utility bills at the above facilities. Observations from this effort are
communicated with district staff. Observations include the continuing substantially increased domestic
water usage at Breckinridge County High School, likely attributable to a significantly altered usage profile
due to the new athletic complex. The other three monitored schools continue to show reduced domestic
water consumption following plumbing fixture upgrades. Figures depicting water usage are included for
reference only.
Breckinridge County High School
Breckinridge County High School (BCHS) saved $199,248 in utility costs, yielding $20,950 (12%) excess
savings from the guaranteed $178,298.
Table S-1: Breckinridge County High School Dollar Savings Breakdown
Figures 5-2, 5-3, and 5-4 show the Year 4 electrical consumption, electrical demand, and fuel
consumption performance.
Page Content is Subject to Confidentiality Restrictions
5-1
9519 Civic Way, Suite 100 1 Prospect, KY 40059 1502.409.4062 1 cmta.com
Performance Contracting I MEP Engineering I Zero Energy Engineering I Technology I Commissioning
